RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Aurasome India, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a return under this policy, we are here to help.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returned products should generally be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories where applicable.

2. RETURN TIMEFRAME

We will review your request and provide instructions if the return is approved.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please provide photographs or videos showing the issue and the order details.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair where applicable, or refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
4. REFUNDS
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days after approval.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, unless another method is agreed or required.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
5. EXCHANGES
